- Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content
Work with cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms
Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish
Able to hand-code HTML and CSS without using packaged web design software
Participate in agile software development process and code reviews
Implement responsive layouts based on wireframes
Implement custom styling based on a style guide and/or design comps
Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) practices
Implementing user interfaces that must work on both desktop and mobile platforms
Writing development documentation and using source control and build systems.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
At least 2 years' of experience building web sites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficiency in Wordpress
Knowledge of Rest APIs
A passion for high quality UX and attention to detail,
Frontend UI Development based on Figma
Knowledge of cross-browser and device compatibility issues and limitations
Experience with CSS media queries
Knowledge of CSS3 Transitions and Transformations
Experience with different image and video formats used to optimize page weight and performance

About the role
As a Web Developer, you will be reporting to the Product & Development lead as part of a wider team spread across the globe. You will be giving critical input into the design of server-side development solutions for managing data flow in the mobile and web applications. Strong integration capabilities are required as well as collaboration skills to define, design and create new features.
